Fr. RI-226. Contemporaneously sewn together with period reddish-brown thread with full text and three nice signatures. Some chipping along the left border margin, otherwise whole and complete. The current Newman reference book on page 396, lists a value of $1,000 in Very Good and of $1,500 in Fine condition, due to its rarity.
