A good English box-lock flint pistol by; "GRIFFIN & TOW", circa. 1772-1782. 2", .44 cal. round three-stage steel turn-off barrel w/cannon muzzle. Steel frame marked w/(2) Tower private proofs. Stock is solid w/normal age scratches and dings from years of service. 7.25" overall length. In good working order.
