An Interesting Antique Spanish Miquelet Flintlock Carbine, circa. 1770-1780's. 20.5", .70 caliber smooth-bore barrel. All brass furniture with decorative engraving. Beautiful carved and checkered stock with a few chips missing from the upper right edge of the fore-end, lights scratches and dings from handling. The carbine is in its original flintlock configuration.
Note; The "foot" of the cock has broken off and needs to be restored. The muzzle end of the barrel has a split seem that needs to be restored or left alone to show how the barrel was made.
