A Good Ottoman Empire Barbary Coast Flintlock Holster/Sash Pistol, circa. 1750-1780. 13", .65 caliber octagon-to-round steel barrel. All brass furniture includes an open work side plate (small piece missing) and a Mans face with a mustache on the butt. The pistol is in its original flintlock configuration. 20.50" overall length. The wood stock has nice decorative carving around the barrel tang, a few small chips missing from the left upper edge of the fore-end near muzzle, otherwise the stock is solid with light scratches and dings from years of handling. In good mechanical working order.
