A Fine Antique European (most likely German or Austrian) Round-Body Wheel - lock Powder Flask/Horn, circa. 16th - early 17th century. The body of the flask is constructed of a root wood or burl walnut with decorative brass inlays and charging spout. Wrought iron center periphery banding with suspension rings and leather that has become one with the flask. Some minor loses but in fantastic untouched condition. A rare powder flask !!!
MEASURES - 4.5" in diameter. 2" charging spout. 7" tall overall.
