A Remarkable PAIR of Antique Spanish or Italian Cup-Hilt Rapiers, circa. 1620-1720. Each with 35.5" triangular 3-side concave blades; matching cup-hilts, quillons, guards/knuckle-bows, twisted wire grips and bun shaped pommels. Both rapiers are untouched/uncleaned in 'as found' condition. 43" overall. No scabbards.
Note; It is very rare to encounter a matched PAIR of rapiers. It is likely these (2) were made for the military.
