An Antique Dutch or German Flintlock Pistol, circa. 1740, converted to percussion, circa. 1840. 7.75" .56 cal. octagon-to-round steel barrel(sight missing) converted to percussion w/bolster. All brass furniture. Lock is unmarked. Stock is missing a chip just behind the upper rear edge of the lock plate mortis, another just in front of the lock plate, nice relief carving around the barrel tang and furniture, otherwise solid w/scratches and dings from years of service. 13" overall length.
