A Rare Massive Antique American Flintlock Brass Barrel Blunderbuss Pistol, circa. last quarter of the 18th century. Fantastic 10.5" multi stage round brass blunderbuss barrel (unmarked). All brass furniture w/shield escutcheon period engraved 'J B'. Lock is most likely American or an English import (unmarked). The stock is solid w/old period splice repairs at the front of the fore-end at the muzzle, w/scratches and dings from years of service. In good working order. 17.5" overall. A wonderful example...
