A Stunning (PAIR) of Antique Dutch Flintlock Holster Pistols, circa. 1690-1715.  13.5" brass barrels.  All brass locks with steel faced frizzens.  Brass furniture includes fine long-eared butt caps with grotesque face masks; beautiful open worked side plates. The pistols are in their original flintlock configuration.  The wood stocks have nice relief carving; solid, one pistol with repaired upper edge of right for-end; fine stress age cracks, light scratches and dings from years of handling.  Both pistols are in good mechanical working order.  21" overall length.  A rare pair of brass barrel and lock holster pistols !
